I'm Nathaniel TenBrook. I love to improve. If you’re reading this, you probably do too. The pursuit of strength has been one of my favorite things to explore and improve in my own life and those of my friends since before my first powerlifting competition in 2017.
Since then, I’ve gained over 70 pounds of tissue, added over 700 pounds to my powerlifting total, and have consistently recertified myself as a personal trainer since 2016, the most recent being certification from NCSF in May 2024.
Through experience, I have learned that trying to be the best you can be at something has a cost, and that cost is time. I’ve spent the last 8 years dedicating my “free time” to mastering the art of building size, strength, and performance.
I know firsthand that reaching your best self requires time, dedication, and knowledge. But you don’t have to travel alone.
